Ashley (Parrott) Dunham brings to the Governor's School Foundation board extensive experience in marketing, strategic planning and business strategy. A resident of Charlotte, Ashley is employed as the national marketing leader for Deloitte's Retail & Distribution practice, with responsibilities spanning its consulting, advisory, audit and tax firms. Over 18 years, she has also held brand management positions at Kraft Foods, IBM and Lenovo, and has worked as a management consultant.
Outside her day job, Ashley is a busy mom of two and an active volunteer in the educational community. A long-serving member of the regional selection committee for the Morehead-Cain Foundation, she also mentors students at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and co-leads a local Girl Scout troop.
Ashley attended Governor's School East in Laurinburg ('93) and later studied as a Morehead Scholar ('98) at UNC-Chapel Hill. She holds a BA in Economics and History from UNC and an MBA from Duke University. At the North Carolina Governor's School Foundation, Ashley contributes as executive committee member-at-large and chair of the marketing committee.
